Employee Grievance & Representation
Railway employees may submit their genuine grievances, suggestions and workplace-related concerns to the N.E. Railway Men’s Congress Union for appropriate representation before the concerned authorities.
The Union will continue to work towards protecting employee interests, promoting welfare and ensuring that employees’ concerns receive proper representation.
